Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items may be tried on, but must be returned in original condition with no visible signs of use, including scratches or discoloration.

Please include all original packaging when returning your item.

Returns that show signs of use or are missing packaging may not be accepted or may be subject to a deduction.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been used beyond try-on, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
